他表示，昨天夜里9点多，他正在店里帮一对父女顾客点餐，突然，“轰”地一声巨响，餐厅的两片玻璃门全部碎裂落地，餐馆里的人瞬间吓得尖叫，“大家都以为发生了枪击案”。为了客人的安全，华人老板壮着胆子到餐厅门口查看，结果被眼前的景象惊呆：

大难临头之际，华人老板当机立断，令所有员工赶紧将餐馆重要物品打包锁好，各回各家，这才躲过一劫。
受疫情影响，这家中餐馆此前歇业了好一阵子，这几天才刚刚重新开门营业，结果店又被砸了。
华人老板绝望表示，好不容易才撑过最凄惨的疫情歇业，现在又遇上这种事，“不知道什么时候才是个头啊？”
当然，并非所有的商铺店主都是好脾气。

当地警察局局长强烈抨击了抢劫者和暴徒的行为，称他们的做法是对死去的弗洛伊德的不敬。
